The hotel has convenient parking and friendly staff. Also, the free Wi-Fi and shuttle service to the airport were useful.

The food quality and variety were poor and the hotel was quite noisy during New Year's Eve.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is centrally located, close to all historical attractions. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and courteous at all times. The hotel is clean and modern, and the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of food options.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Bengkulu city. The location was superb, right in the center of town, allowing me to easily explore attractions like Fatmawati's House and Fort Marlborough. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was top-notch. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely terrace outside where I could unwind after a long day. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

One minor area for improvement would be the availability of amenities.

The hotel was located in a lively area with lots of interesting things to see and do nearby. the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds and nice decor. the breakfast offered a variety of options and was really delicious.

The level of service was disappointing. the staff didn't seem to care about the guests and were often unresponsive to requests.
